HELLO, WE are kyle and lindsay
We are husband and wife, and the owners and operators of SwapMeister Auto a subsidiary of TrainsAnDames LLC.
TrainsAnDames LLC was started in the basement of our home by Kyle, an avid model railroader, and general tinkerer… Kyle began to buy and sell model trains on Ebay and business really started to take off! Lindsay soon caught on to the fact that Kyle was up to something, as he was not coming to bed until late at night or early morning hours. Once Kyle showed Lindsay his new Ebay business, Lindsay decided it was time to take it to the next level.
Lindsay quit her job as a dog groomer to focus on growing and maintaining the newly formed TrainsAnDames LLC business. Kyle and Lindsay even began working with Lindsay’s grandfather “Tow Truck Larry” Robinson, or as many new him in recent years as the original SwapMeister!
Larry had a passion for performance and speed! He loved everything Chevy, and built a well known following selling mostly aftermarket performance parts for General Motors vehicles. For the past 30+ years, Larry travelled the country buying and selling auto parts at swap meets. At one point attending up to 48 swap meets a year! He would sell you anything from a head gasket to 12 bolt Posi with 4.11 gears! Unfortunately, Lindsay’s grandfather Larry passed away in January 2024.
With the support of Larry’s closest friends Kyle and Lindsay were convinced his legacy needs to live on! With this in mind, SwapMeisterAuto.com was born! Lindsay and Kyle decided to integrate and slightly rebrand her grandfather’s original SwapMeister swap meet business into an online retail store where enthusiast of Cars, Trucks and whatever else has an engine, could come and find the parts they need for their vehicles!
We hope you will join us in 2025, as we look to officially launch SwapMeister Auto, and grow this business into something Larry would be proud to have been the inspiration for something that will bring the swap meet business into the 21st century and beyond!

What do we do
Our website is currently devoted to selling new auto parts. However, we do sell used, and new old stock auto parts on our Ebay Store!
OUR ViSION
Our vision is not only to have our customers purchase parts direct from us, but also to build an online community for the swap meet guys, everyday DIY gearheads and whomever else wants to join, to be able to come, meet, and maybe even buy/sell/swap/trade parts amongst themselves!
In the Begining
Lindsay's grandfather, Tow Truck Larry, started out SwapMeister with a passion for cars. He grew his swap meet business into a well known entity where folks all over the country would call him, or track him down at swap meets all because they knew he would have that one part they were looking for! We hope to keep his business, and history alive for years to come.
